What is Leetsoul?

Leetsoul is an online practice platform for adults developing communication and people skills. You work through fictional situations, choose an intention, write a response, compare it with authored guidance, and revise. Optional AI coaching offers another perspective.

The practice covers work and everyday relationships: listening, copywriting, marketing, outreach, conflict, leadership, parenting, classrooms, attachment, office life, and partnerships.

Who is it for?

You can use Leetsoul to work through a conversation before having it, whether you’re talking with your child, a partner, a colleague, or a customer. Career paths include consulting and sales alongside teaching, management, and technical work.

Parenting and classroom scenarios are for adults. Some ask an adult to consider a child’s perspective; Leetsoul does not offer child accounts.

How does it work?

Choose a practice or answer a few onboarding questions to find a starting point. The current library contains 44 exercises across 11 skill paths. Your saved responses, revisions, and reflections stay in a private journal, with suggested times to revisit a skill.

Nine career routes combine those exercises for consulting, sales, customer success, marketing and communication, people leadership, teaching and mentoring, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, and technical leadership.

Coming soon: conversations with Leetsoul personas

Writing gives you time to think and revise. We’re also planning conversational practice with fictional Leetsoul personas, so you can rehearse responding to questions and replies as they happen. This feature is not available yet; we’ll share its format and access details when they’re ready.

What does it cost?

Free includes three complete starter practices. Soulful costs US$19 per month or US$199 per year, charged upfront, and opens the full library and upgraded coaching. Together workspaces, shared assignments, and aggregate completion are available through an active Enterprise agreement.

What can a certificate tell someone?

A certificate records completion of a named practice path. It can be downloaded, printed, and shared through an optional verification link. Career certificates are named “Human skills for” the role. They do not claim professional accreditation or independently assessed competence.

What is the evidence?

Exercises draw on published research and professional guidance, with source notes and limitations attached. Those sources inform the design; they do not establish that Leetsoul itself improves relationships, job performance, or mental health. Leetsoul has not completed a controlled efficacy evaluation.

The articles are published by Leetsoul and distinguish research from original examples and suggested applications. They are educational material, not therapy, diagnosis, or a hiring assessment.

Who sees your writing?

Your journal is private. Enterprise teams see assignment completion, not personal writing. Sharing a certificate or work sample requires your choice, and you can withdraw the link. If you choose AI coaching, the service receives the fictional exercise, your current response or revision, your coaching message, and recent roleplay messages from that practice.
