What this service offers

Leetsoul is intended for adults. Parenting and classroom material includes adult exercises from a child’s perspective; children do not have separate accounts. Leetsoul is an educational practice tool for communication, writing, outreach, marketing, and collaboration. It is not therapy, diagnosis, professional accreditation, or a guarantee of personal or commercial results. Scenarios are fictional; adapt any learning to your circumstances and other people’s boundaries.

Your account and writing

Use your own Google account and keep access secure. You retain ownership of your writing. You allow Leetsoul to store and process it to provide the features you request, including optional AI coaching. Do not submit private information about another person without permission, confidential material you cannot share, or content that violates someone else’s rights.

AI coaching

AI responses may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your context. Evaluate suggestions yourself. Requests are subject to the daily allowance shown in your account; authored exercises remain available after that allowance is used. Do not automate requests to evade limits or attempt to access another person’s data.

Enterprise workspaces

Together is available through an active Enterprise agreement. Personal Free and Soulful plans do not include team workspaces. Workspace access, seats, and license duration are arranged with the organization.

Soulful subscriptions

Soulful costs US$19 per month or US$199 per year. The yearly plan charges the full US$199 upfront. Your chosen plan renews at that interval until canceled. Payment is handled by our secure payment processor. You can manage or cancel the subscription from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal, with access retained through the already-paid period. Any applicable taxes or payment details are shown before payment. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support through the contact information; rights that apply under your local law are not excluded by these terms.

Teams

Only invite people you have permission to invite. Team owners control assignments and invitation links. Personal writing stays private. Deleting a team removes its shared assignments but does not delete members’ personal practice records.

Leaving

You can export your data and delete your account in Settings. Account deletion cancels active Leetsoul subscriptions and removes live application data. Service misuse may result in access being restricted. Material changes to paid features or these terms should be communicated before taking effect.
