Privacy at Leetsoul

What we keep

Google sign-in supplies your name, email, account identifier, and potentially a profile image. We store session information to keep your account secure. Your saved writing, revisions, reflections, self-review choices, review dates, team memberships, and coaching history are stored in Leetsoul’s database.

What stays on your device

A draft may be kept in session storage in your current browser tab. It is not a cloud save until you explicitly save or submit while signed in. Your theme preference is stored locally. Motion follows your device’s accessibility settings. Session cookies are used for authentication. We do not install advertising trackers.

When you ask for AI coaching

AI requests are optional. After you opt in, the exercise context, your submitted writing, your coaching message, and recent conversation turns for that exercise are sent to the AI service that supports your plan. We do not intentionally include your email or Google identity in the prompt. Avoid real names, confidential business information, and sensitive personal details. The service’s retention and processing are governed by its own terms. Leetsoul also keeps the exact response used for each new coaching request with its coaching history, so you can see which writing the feedback refers to after editing it. These records are included in your account export and removed from the live application when you delete your account.

Practice together

Team members can see each other’s display names and aggregate completion counts for assigned exercises. Team owners cannot read your personal responses, self-review, AI coaching, or reflections. Anyone with a valid invitation link can join its team until it expires, is revoked, or reaches its use limit. The Enterprise workspace must be active and have a seat available.

Work samples you choose to share

You can create an unlisted link to a completed practice’s revised response, title, and a display name you choose. Anyone with the link can read that sample for 30 days unless you withdraw it sooner. Initial drafts, private reflections, self-review ratings, and coaching are excluded. Onboarding preferences stay private and are not shared with employers or team owners.

Certificates you choose to publish

Completion certificates are private until you choose to publish verification. Published details include your selected display name, completed path, issue date, and credential identifier. You can make verification private again. Deleting your account removes its certificate verification records.

Payments

Our payment processor handles checkout and payment details. Leetsoul stores customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, and paid-access dates. It does not store your full card details. Billing records may remain with the processor after you delete your Leetsoul account.

Your controls

Settings provides a data export and account deletion. Deletion removes your live application records and cancels active Leetsoul subscriptions before removing your account. Teams you own are also deleted. Copies in operational backups expire according to the deployment’s retention policy. Your account data is otherwise retained while your account exists.
