We use research on feedback and learning to design the practices, and explain beside each exercise which findings informed it and where they may not apply.
01
Write your response
Meet a specific situation and find your own words before seeing an example.
02
Read the guidance
Read the authored guidance alongside your response. You can also ask the AI coach for feedback.
03
Choose what to revise
Revise your response, then choose something from the exercise to try in a real conversation.
04
Try it again later
Return to the exercise from a blank page before looking back at your earlier response.
Deng, Lu, and Chen explain why continuous monitoring requires a valid testing method and stopping rule. Sequential methods can support early decisions when correctly designed; repeatedly checking an ordinary fixed-sample test is not equivalent. This methods paper does not establish a sample size or validate a marketing claim for this scenario.
A study of 94 novice counselors examined practice with and without feedback. It supports a feedback-and-revision mechanism in that setting; generalization to everyday life or this product remains untested.
2024Randomized study · interpersonal effectiveness
A study of 86 participants examined simulated interpersonal practice. Transfer differed across skill and emotional outcomes, supporting varied rehearsal while cautioning against broad transformation claims.
The review examines distributed practice and retrieval in health-professions education. It informs revisiting material; Leetsoul’s exact intervals are a product heuristic, not a validated interpersonal-learning schedule.
This work examines headline concreteness and information-selection decisions. It motivates testing specific language rather than assuming a universal formula for attention or conversion.
This synthesis examines educational feedback across studies and outcomes. Feedback content and context matter; generic praise and feedback on specific work should not be treated as equivalent.
The experiment examines how the context of an apology affects trust. It informs voluntary responsibility-taking; no wording can guarantee forgiveness or repair a relationship by itself.
This synthesis examines relationships among team learning orientation, psychological safety, learning, and team outcomes. Associations do not prove that any single leadership script causes improved performance.
UNICEF’s April 2026 guidance describes warm relationships, calm limits, age-appropriate expectations, and modeling behavior. It is guidance, not a trial of these authored exercises.
The guideline addresses interventions to reduce maltreatment and strengthen parent-child relationships. Leetsoul provides adult educational rehearsal and does not replace a structured parenting intervention or individualized support.
The review examines educational interventions supporting autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Effects vary by design and setting; classroom scenarios here are practical adaptations, not validated interventions.
This study explores communication assessment in a clinical setting. Its uncontrolled design limits causal conclusions, and it does not validate AI judgments of personality, employability, or humanity.
This review found buffering in only a small minority of the analyses it examined. It challenges broad claims that partner support reliably resolves attachment-related negative emotion. It does not imply that one person must manage another person’s emotions or that a script changes attachment patterns.
This review describes adult attachment research, including anxiety, avoidance, stability, and change. These constructs are research frameworks, not diagnoses or reliable labels for interpreting one interaction.
2025Empirical relationship research · author manuscript
This study examines planning and coordination of household work in relation to relationship satisfaction. It informs making invisible work discussable; associations do not establish a universal division of labor or guarantee an outcome.
THE LIMITS OF THE EVIDENCE
Leetsoul still needs its own evaluation.
These studies come from different settings, including clinical training. Their results do not establish that Leetsoul improves real-world relationships, professional success, or mental health. We have not run a controlled evaluation of Leetsoul.
We suggest times to revisit a practice, but have not validated those intervals for these skills. You can use the self-review questions to examine your response; they do not measure your character. AI feedback can be mistaken, culturally limited, or overly confident, so consider its suggestions alongside your own judgment and the other person’s perspective.
